This is for candidates who are on the fence about moving. It is usually done over the phone and allows us to ask specific questions to understand things like: where is your firm ranked in the top 200? What are the latest deals/cases etc (high profile or otherwise) that the firm has been involved in? Have there been new hires recently (partner level or otherwise)? Have there been any resignations recently? What are you paid and how does it compare to competitors? Do you get a bonus and how does it compare to competitors? How far do you travel? How big is your team? By asking such questions, we are then able to say to you that you are actually paid well for your level but aren’t getting the requisite training or business development experience. Or, you are underpaid and should move, and we can help you do that.
