Contentious Construction & Arbitration 4+ Leading Global Firm – Fantastic Career Structure

As a leading City firm, this contentious construction opportunity is second to none in terms of the clients and quality of work. With award winning teams, outstanding reputations and some of the leading construction and disputes fee-earners in the City, they are well placed to ensure that the biggest projects and clients come their way.
You will work on international matters as well as domestic and manage disputes whether they are by international arbitration, adjudication, litigation, expert determination or mediation. It is likely that the majority of your work will be arbitration based however, being familiar with FIDIC and EPC contracts will help your application, as will strong client facing skills, project management capabilities and overall communication skills.
You will have experience of the areas described above and come from a well-regarded City or regional firm. You will be UK qualified, be in permanent UK employment and have strong academics (minimum 2:1 from a good University and As and Bs at A-Level or equivalent).
Non Contentious Construction 2+ Leading City Practice

The partners cover a broad remit of work and you can expect to get involved with a truly mixed portfolio of construction projects including offices, hospitals, oil pipelines, waste disposal, wind farms, process plants, transport facilities, factories, airports and overseas projects.
