This well liked, ever growing firm has impressed commentators over the last decade with consistent, steady growth. The hiring of well known partners, combined with impressive international matters has allowed it to expand into targeted international markets.
The corporate team, which is made up of 12+ fee earners, works with public and private companies, entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses. Much of the work involves business structuring, mergers & acquisitions, public markets, corporate governance, private equity, joint ventures, reorganisations, partnerships and LLPs.
You will advise on mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, stock market listings and securities offerings, company restructurings and re-financings, Management Buy-Outs and Buy-Ins and a wide range of general commercial matters. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate looking to do mid-market M&A and get lots of direct client exposure.
You will have experience of the areas described above ,you will be UK qualified and be in permanent UK employment and have strong academics (minimum 2:1 from a good University and As and Bs at A-Level or equivalent).

As the successful candidate, you can expect to get involved with joint ventures, corporate finance, private and public mergers, acquisitions, venture capital and private equity. You will work with a broad spectrum of corporate partners and clients and from an early stage, you will be given responsibility for building relationships (internally and externally) and running corporate matters where appropriate.
