Commercial Disputes 3+ Broad Spectrum of Work – Litigation & Arbitration

You will be given the opportunity to work on a broad selection of commercial work that will include professional negligence, shareholders disputes, banking litigation, IP disputes, IT disputes and some construction litigation.
Working with all the partners, as well as broad litigation, you will get access to arbitration, mediation and the occasional piece of advocacy. You will be expected to get involved with business development and marketing initiatives where possible, look after trainees and paralegals and deal directly with clients with the aim of leading on matters where appropriate.
You will have experience of the areas described above and come from a well-regarded City or regional firm. You will be UK qualified, be in permanent UK employment and have strong academics (minimum 2:1 from a good University and As and Bs at A-Level or equivalent).
